Why Do We Charge for Revisions After 3 Days?
At TAK Services, our goal is to provide you with the highest-quality, ATS-friendly resume at the most affordable price. While we offer complimentary revisions within 3 days of delivery, any changes requested beyond that window come with a small revision fee (₹150–₹200). Here’s why:

1. We Use a Paid Resume-Building Platform
   Our tools come with licensing costs. Each resume is crafted using premium software to ensure ATS compatibility.

2. Revisions Require Rebuilding From Scratch
   Even if it's a minor change (like updating just two words), we cannot simply "edit" the file. We have to create the entire resume again in the portal to maintain its design and ATS format.

3. Profiles Are Temporarily Stored
   For privacy and platform limitations, we store your resume profile for only 3 days post-delivery. After that, it’s deleted to make room for new clients. Any change after this period requires us to create your profile again from scratch.

4. Manual PDF Editing Breaks ATS Format
   Editing the PDF using any third-party software (by you or us) can disturb the formatting, layout, or ATS compliance, resulting in a resume that hiring systems may not read correctly.

5. Time, Effort, and Quality Assurance
   No matter how small, every edit goes through our full process: customization, reformatting, review, and quality checks, just like the original.
